Pricing
Palm offers two plans for performing different types of operations on our API and platform.

100 free calls against live data, with production keys in the Console. No setup fee, no minimum, no sales call.
Create a key in the Console and call live data in minutes.
Per-call rates that step down as monthly volume grows, with monitoring and filings on the same agreement.
Send your endpoints and monthly volume; you get rates back.
How it works
Type ahead search removes the complications with your team guessing, looking up real businesses and matching to your onboarding forms. Stop costly input errors and catch fraud at the door.
Every request to a billable endpoint is metered, at a rate set per endpoint. No platform fee, no minimum, and no charge for Console seats.
Monitoring keeps a business under watch, billed per business per month. Compliance Kits are billed per entity, per state, per year.
Secretary of State and IRS fees are billed at cost and itemised on the invoice. Palm does not mark them up.
Products
Onboard a business, verify it and the people behind it, monitor it for change, and file on its behalf. Each endpoint bills as listed below.

Questions
Anything not covered here, ask us at hello@getpalm.com.
Palm is usage based. Each billable endpoint has its own per-call rate, so cost follows the endpoints you call and how often you call them. The first 100 calls are free. Beyond that, rates are quoted against your expected monthly volume, and monitoring and compliance are billed as subscriptions.
Yes. Sign up and get 100 free calls against live data with production keys, self-serve and without a sales call. Every endpoint is available on the free calls.
One request to one billable endpoint. Search, enrichment and verification are metered separately, so a flow that searches a business then verifies it counts as two calls.
Neither. Console seats are unlimited, and self-serve accounts have no platform fee, no setup fee and no minimum.
Yes. Monthly usage places an account in a volume band, and each band discounts list rates across every endpoint, not only the one that drove the volume.
No. Secretary of State and IRS fees — formations, annual reports, certificates — are passed through at cost and itemised separately from the Palm rate.
As a subscription, per business per month, for as long as the business stays under monitoring. It is not metered per alert.
Per entity, per state, per year: registered agent, ongoing monitoring, annual report filing, formation, and a certificate of good standing. A lighter option covers one filing plus twelve months of monitoring.
Not to start. Self-serve usage has no commitment. Annual agreements exist for committed volume and usually earn a better per-call rate.
Tell us the endpoints you expect to call and your monthly volume. We come back with per-call rates and, if you need them, subscription and filing terms.
